went to doctor ;january 2011 ;paid for office visite;after visite doctor keep asking for x-ray to see progress;some time later the ortho office billed upmc and upmc stated they will only pay half(wrent to see bill today july 2015 ) and upmc agreed they only pay half of x-rays. i was left with two x-ray bills and some other small bils that has been on my credit report for four years.called upmc and they agree some x-rays arent paid for;now i must guess what they will pay for;i used to really like upmc ;upmc took the dcoctors side and agreed i owe the money

The author is overall dissatisfied with Upmc. The most disappointing about upmc imaging service from Upmc was side with doctors and billing system is corrupt , but reviewer liked answered the phone. Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
